Sales Process

FRANCHISE SALES PROCESS:

1. Review franchise information on www.SandwichU.com
   Many of your initial questions will be answered by the information provided here.
2. Complete "Information Request Form"
   Please complete our Information Request Form to receive additional information. If you meet our preliminary criteria and your territory is available, a representative will be in touch within 2 business days. When we receive your information we will mail out a Marketing Packet with additional information on our franchise as well as an application.
3. Initial phone call
   During our first call we will further discuss the Sandwich U opportunity. We will also cover a few key topics including; your motivation, business background and territory of interest.
4. Email marketing packet
   Upon receiving your information request we will also email you additional information about the Sandwich University franchise opportunity. Occasionally these emails will go into the spam folders because of attachments we include with the emails, so check your email for exciting information.
5. Return application
   The application tells us that you are serious about the opportunity and it will also give us a clear picture of your financial and managerial plans.

6. Receive UFDD
   Upon receipt of your completed application, we will mail you our Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document (UFDD). The UFDD further defines the relationship between us - the Franchisor (us) and the Franchisee (you). It is a legal document, and it is what you will sign in order to become an Sandwich University franchisee.
7. UFDD Conference Call
   Within two weeks of your receiving the UFDD, we will contact you to schedule a UFDD Conference Call. This call will give you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about the UFDD or Franchise Agreement. If you plan to review the UFDD with an attorney, or have specific legal questions, please submit your questions prior to our call.
8. Discovery Day!
   Your Discovery should be held within 30 days of your UFDD Conference Call. Discovery Days are held at our corporate headquarters in State College, PA. You will have the opportunity to view our corporate stores and see first hand how the Sandwich U system works as well as spend time with the Sandwich U franchise staff and our CEO.
9. Signing
   If we feel that you are a great franchisee candidate, we will send you a formal written offer including the assigned territory. The signing is done remotely and does not require a trip back to our headquarters.
