Sandwich U offers you the opportunity to operate a franchise, which provides our unique Fat Sandwiches in college towns creating a great place for students to dine and hang out late night.

How much will I need to invest?
The estimated initial investments to establish an Sandwich University franchise will be between $159,075 to $324,075 and is variant upon location. This includes a franchise fee of $17,500, as well as the necessary buildout, inventory, décor and startup costs associated with your restaurant.

What is the royalty fee?
The royalty fee covers the ongoing support services that you will receive as an Sandwich U franchisee, as well as entitling you to the use of the Sandwich U service marks, proprietary business system and marketing assistance. The fee is 6% of your weekly sales.

How much money can I make with a Sandwich University restaurant?

What do I look for in choosing a location?
Your Sandwich U restaurant should be located adjacent to a college campus and be on one of the primary walking path of students with high visibility. Close proximity to the college bar and night life area is also important due to the late night dining that is a cornerstone of the business.

Will I have a protected territory?
Yes each franchisee is granted an protected territory for operating your restaurant. The territory will consist of a radius of approximately 1 ½ miles of your location. A report on your desired territory will be provided.
